Refund Policy

Please be sure to read the following guidelines!

We have a 14-day return policy on all qualifying items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS:

  • Any sale items, this includes any item that has a promotional or seasonal discount.
  • For sanitary purposes all jewelry, 
  • Any item that has been worn, used, washed or has any makeup, odors or any other damage

If any item is returned and appears to have been warn, damaged, makeup/deodorant, animal hair, tags removed, smelling of fragrances or cigarette smoke, or received after the 14 days return period they will not be accepted and you will be responsible to pay shipping to receive the merchandise back.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If we are not notified within the  7 days of delivery the items will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

Exchanges
Due to limited quantity if you receive an item that is too small or too large and you would like another size, we recommend purchasing the desired size and then sending your merchandise back.  Refunds will not be given until the merchandise has been received and processed.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
